Licensing & temporary outdoor events
> Virtually all licensed premises will be enclosed buildings and therefore subject to the smokefree rules
> Some events will be of a temporary nature such as music festivals and wedding receptions held in marquees and other temporary structures. These will be controlled by specific licenses or 'Temporary Event Notices' and smokefree rules will be applied depending on whether the structures are enclosed or substantially enclosed.
