Smoking Shelters
>You don't have to provide a shelter for smokers
>You may need planning permission if the shelter is permanent
>Noise disturbance to residents will be more likely and you may be required by the local Council to stop it from happening
>Metal furniture can be noisy when scraped along surfaces
