Kooth is a free service for young people aged 11 – 18 to talk about emotional health and wellbeing.

It is online tool that is accessible from any mobile device.

Young people wanting to use Kooth can speak to trained counsellors anonymously about their thoughts and feelings.

Once a young person has signed up to use the service, they will have access to a whole range of resources such as unlimited free counselling sessions with trained professionals, moderated forums, self-help materials and a mood journal where they can record their thoughts and feelings.

Young people are encouraged to identify their own goals and monitor progress with their counsellor, charting movement as progress is achieved.

Parents and carers of young people aged 11-18 can also use Kooth is they are concerned about the emotional health and wellbeing of a young person they live with.
