Tuesday	10am to 11:30am	Breastfeeding group Support from pregnancy through to natural term weaning from the Breastfeeding Network. Meet and chat with other mums. Drop in or email dorset@breastfeedingnetwork.org.uk
Tuesday	1pm to 2pm	Music & More for under 2 year olds Fun activities to support brain development and social skills. Be immersed in a world of sound and communication with your little one by exploring our musical playgrounds. Email us with your phone number to book a place northchildrenscentres@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk. This group will pause after half term for Baby Massage, but will restart after Easter.
Tuesday	To be confirmed	Baby Massage 0 to 6 months If you’d like help to strengthen the connection with your little one and support your own wellbeing, if you’ve had a difficult birth or are new parents and would like to improve your mental health, baby massage can help. You can refer yourself or speak to your Health Visitor or other professional and ask for a referral if you need support with any of these issues. Booking essential. Family Hub Group. Wednesday	10am to midday	NHS Toddler & Baby Development Reviews With Health Visitors, Public Health Staff Nurses and Community Nursery Nurses. To make an appointment book direct by calling 01305 361071. This is not a drop in.
Thursday	10am to 11:30am	Learning Together for 0 to 5’s A play-based group focusing on social interaction and school readiness, including language and speech development. Email with your phone number to book a place.
Friday	9:30am to 11:30am	Speech Therapy Early Advice For parents/carers concerned about their child's language or speech development. Ready, S.T.E.A.D.I Chat is held on the 4th Friday each month. For children up to school age. Book direct by calling 01202 443200 or email dhc.slt.queries@nhs.net. This is not a drop in.
