Bridport Harbour, West Bay

Bridport (West Bay) harbour is 15 miles west of Dorchester at the western end of Chesil Beach.

Weymouth Harbour

Just visiting or looking for a great location to moor your boat, Weymouth is the ideal base to explore the South Coast.

Lyme Regis Harbour

Lyme Regis harbour is 23 miles northwest of Portland Bill and 30 miles northeast of Brixham and includes the famous Cobb.

Pleasure boat licences

You must have a boat licence for the operation of pleasure boats for hire

Annual dredging at West Bay and Lyme Regis

Dredging to maintain the harbours navigational channels will take place between 28 February and 21 April.

Weymouth Harbour safety railings

Safety barriers were erected along the harbourside on Custom House Quay in April 2021 in response to concerns raised by the Health and Safety Executive.
