You can use the MiPermit portal to:
- create a new account to apply for your first permit
- log in to your account to manage existing permits
- manage or update your vehicle information

Challenge a parking fine
Online is the fastest and easiest way to challenge your fine.
Alternatively, you can write to:

Include the:
- vehicle registration number
- parking fine number
- date the fine was issued
- where the vehicle was when you received the parking fine

If you do not have the number, you can use our form to send details to us. We will send you the number within 5 working days.
Paying for a parking space
