Developing ‘people insights’ means building a credible qualitative evidence-base from the knowledge and beliefs of public-facing colleagues across Our Dorset. Using an approach (People Insights Interview Schedule V1.2) known as ‘saturation interviewing’, we will be talking to colleagues across the system to better understand what it is they do, what they see as their challenges, barriers, and opportunities to their delivery of services. We’ll use these data to add people insights into our understanding of how our system works.
