<p>This Stoptober, Public Health Dorset is supporting residents across the county with a range of options to help smokers take the first step to quitting smoking and improving their health.  </p>

<p>More than 200 people working in frontline services across the county have been trained in Suicide First Aid ahead of World Suicide Prevention Day on 10 September, with many more trained in Mental Health First Aid.</p>
