Thriving communities survey
Please take a few minutes to tell us about voluntary support for older people in your community. This will help us understand what works well and how we can support others to do similar things, through the Thriving Communities project.
The purpose of the project is to deliver a plan in the Dorset Council area to build resilience in voluntary support systems, networks and groups and enable them to reach and support more people.
